Automatic Monthly Contributions

Automatic monthly contributions can be accomplished by using an Authorization Agreement Form. By filling out this form and mailing it to the Assemblies of God World Missions, General Council Contributor Services Department, your monthly contributions will automatically be charged the designated amount on the 20th of each month. Please indicate on form account #750107-5

Note: When your credit card expires you will need to renew your automatic monthly contributions.
